Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Oversee the operation, maintenance, and repair of all MEP systems within assigned facilities.
  • Plan and implement preventive and corrective maintenance schedules for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
  • Coordinate with service providers, contractors, and vendors to ensure timely execution of maintenance activities.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to MEP systems to minimize downtime.
  • Ensure all MEP systems comply with UAE regulations, safety standards, and best practices.
  • Prepare maintenance reports, inspection logs, and technical documentation.
  • Support energy-saving initiatives and propose system upgrades or improvements.
  • Respond promptly to emergency breakdowns and service requests.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in facility management within the UAE.
  • Strong technical knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
  • Familiarity with UAE building codes, safety standards, and maintenance regulations.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in maintenance management software is an advantage.
