MEP ENGINEER

We are seeking a talented and experienced MEP Engineer with a minimum of 3-4 years of experience to join our team.

Responsibilities:

Site Supervision: Oversee and manage MEP installations on-site, ensuring compliance with design specifications and quality standards.

Coordination: Collaborate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to coordinate MEP activities with overall project requirements.

AutoCAD Proficiency: Utilize AutoCAD for reviewing and modifying MEP drawings as needed during the construction phase.

Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure the proper functioning of MEP systems.

Documentation: Maintain accurate and organized project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and work progress reports.

Safety Compliance: Enforce and promote safety protocols on-site, ensuring a secure working environment.

Problem Solving: Identify and resolve issues related to MEP systems, offering innovative solutions when required.

Communication: Effectively communicate with team members, clients, and stakeholders to provide project updates and address concerns.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree (B.Tech) in Electrical Engineering is compulsory.

Minimum of 2-4 years of experience as a MEP Electrical site engineer in the MEP fit-out industry.

Experience in both Interior and MEP fit-out projects is preferred.

Knowledge in all MEP services.(HVAC,Plumbing,Electrical and Fire Fighting)

Proficiency in AutoCAD for MEP applications.

Knowledge of Microsoft Office software.

Previous experience as an MEP Electrical Site Engineer in the UAE is preferred.

Valid UAE driving license is compulsory.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
