Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage procurement and cost control, including obtaining supplier quotations, reviewing variation works, and submitting them for management approval.

    • Design and oversee MEP systems for building projects, including preparing technical drawings, specifications, and project documentation.

    • Coordinate with architects, contractors, and engineering teams to ensure integrated design solutions and proper project execution.

    • Conduct site inspections and monitor installations during construction and commissioning, resolving technical issues as needed.
