Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

· Oversee the maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

· Conduct regular site inspections to identify and resolve any potential issues with MEP systems, ensuring timely and efficient project completion.

· Maintain and supervise all aspects of maintenance of all building MEP systems.

· Handle PPM System for /installation/maintenance, and MEP Systems.

· Inspect HVAC systems and their components (e.g., Air conditions, heating units, building exhaust fans, ventilation units, etc.) for the purpose of evaluating condition, identifying necessary repairs, and recommending preventive maintenance.

· Install heating and air conditioning equipment and systems.

· To ensure Health & Safety standards are maintained during the contract period.

· Prepare and complete reports when required.

· Preparation, update, and review of short-term working programs.

Desired Candidate Profile

· Diploma/Engineering Degree holder in Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering.

· Minimum 3 to 8 years of experience in MEP industry as a building service technical supervisor maintaining and repairing Electrical & Mechanical facilities

· Working knowledge in maintaining and repairing motors and pumps, relays, I/O modules, control units, wirings, bearings, drive belts, coils, gearboxes, damper, values, impellers, motor controls, air handling units, chilled water system, fire alarm panels, fire pumps, UPS, batteries, and diesel engines, etc. would be a definite advantage.

· Knowledge and experience in operating BMS

· In-depth knowledge of MEP systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection.

· Shows strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to diagnose and resolve complex MEP issues.
