Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Supervise and execute the installation of MEP systems on site, ensuring alignment with approved drawings, specifications, and industry standards.
Coordinate daily with civil, architectural, and other discipline teams to ensure smooth integration of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and fire-fighting works.
Review shop drawings, method statements, and material submissions to verify compliance prior to installation.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor work quality, progress, and adherence to safety requirements. Identify and resolve technical issues on site, providing practical solutions to maintain workflow and project timelines.
Assist in testing, commissioning, and handover activities, ensuring that all systems perform as designed.
Prepare site reports, daily logs, and progress updates for management and consultants.
Desired Candidate Profile
Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related engineering field with strong knowledge of MEP systems.
Minimum of 3–5 years of hands-on experience as an MEP Site Engineer in commercial, residential, or industrial projects.
Strong understanding of MEP installation practices, authority requirements, and construction site workflows.
Experience working with BIM-based drawings (Revit/Navisworks) and the ability to coordinate installations accordingly.
Ability to read, interpret, and execute detailed MEP shop drawings and technical documents.
Strong problem-solving skills, communication abilities, and capacity to manage subcontractors and site labor.
Familiarity with testing, commissioning, and QA/QC procedures for MEP systems.
