Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Are you an experienced professional with strong technical knowledge in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems? Do you have a proven background in facility management particularly within the buildings? If so, we d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage all MEP activities on-site to ensure timely and quality project delivery.
  • Review and approve design drawings, shop drawings, and material submittals.
  • Coordinate effectively between mechanical, electrical, and plumbing teams for seamless project execution.
  • Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of MEP systems.
  • Collaborate with consultants, contractors, and suppliers to maintain project standards and quality.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in MEP construction or interior fit-out projects.
  • Strong technical understanding of HVAC, firefighting, and electrical systems.
  • Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and familiarity with project management tools.
