Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Job Purpose To ensure efficient operation and maintenance of all MEP systems across group branches, while leading the in-house maintenance team and supporting technical assessments for facility improvements and renovations.
Key Responsibilities Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance activities across all branches Lead and manage the in-house maintenance team and technicians Monitor performance of equipment (Generators, Pumps, HVAC, Electrical Systems) Diagnose failures and reduce downtime Coordinate with vendors and contractors Conduct technical assessments of branches to identify renovation and upgrade requirements Support planning and execution of renovation and improvement projects Improve maintenance plans and system reliability. Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans across all branches Lead daily maintenance operations and ensure proper task execution by the team Conduct site assessments to evaluate facility condition and identify renovation needs Prepare technical reports for required upgrades, modifications, and improvements Monitor equipment performance and efficiency Track and analyze breakdowns and recurring issues Manage spare parts and inventory across sites Coordinate with stakeholders during maintenance and renovation activities.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 3 to 5 years of experience.
- Strong hands-on maintenance background.
- Experience in leading technicians or small teams.
- Good knowledge of MEP systems.
- Problem solving and analytical skills.
