Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Requirements:
• 10–12 years of proven experience in MEP works
• Strong background in interior fit-out and contracting projects
• Ability to lead and manage MEP teams on site
• Thorough understanding of MEP drawings, specifications, and coordination
• Capable of preparing and modifying MEP drawings when required
• Well-versed in site execution, supervision, and coordination with other trades
• Strong knowledge of materials, methods, and industry best practices
• Gulf experience is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee and manage MEP works from design to execution
• Coordinate with project managers, consultants, and subcontractors
• Ensure works are completed as per approved drawings and specifications
• Lead site teams and ensure timely project delivery
• Maintain quality, safety, and compliance with project requirements
