Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Design and analyze MEP systems, ensuring compliance with local codes and regulations, while optimizing energy efficiency for sustainable building performance.
  • Collaborate with architects and other engineering disciplines to integrate MEP systems seamlessly into overall building designs, focusing on functionality and aesthetics.
  • Conduct site inspections and assessments to verify the installation and performance of MEP systems, ensuring they meet design specifications and quality standards.
  • Prepare detailed technical reports, specifications, and documentation for MEP systems, facilitating clear communication among stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing Engineering, with a focus on MEP systems design and analysis.

  • Professional engineering license or certification, such as LEED AP, indicating expertise in sustainable design practices.

  • At least 3-5 years of hands-on experience in MEP engineering within commercial and residential projects, showcasing a proven track record of successful implementations.

  • Proficiency in industry-standard design software, such as AutoCAD MEP, Revit MEP, and BIM technologies for effective project development.
