Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
To supervise all mechanical and plumbing systems and ensure installations comply with approved drawings, codes, and project requirements.
Desired Candidate Profile
1-Review mechanical shop drawings for HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting systems. 2-Supervise installation of AHUs, ducting, pumps, drainage, and water supply systems. 3-Ensure compliance with SBC 501, SBC 701, and SBC 801. 4-Witness testing and commissioning (TAB, pumps, firefighting systems). 5-Issue site observations and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering. 8–10 years of mechanical site supervision experience.
