Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly skilled MEP Estimation Engineer with experience in landscape construction industry to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare BOQs, price breakdowns, and material/resource estimates based on engineering drawings and specifications.
Develop scope sheets and manage inquiries, quotations, and price negotiations with suppliers.
Review tender documents for potential contract risks and work with the Estimation Lead to address them.
Provide technical guidance to Associate Estimators and Quantity Surveyors throughout the tender process.
Capable of handling Electrical / MEP Bills independently.
Desired Candidate Profile
Degree in Electrical Engineering.
Proficiency in Excel, MS Office, and knowledge in ERP systems.
Minimum 5 years of experience in estimating Electrical and MEP of landscape construction works.
