Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Review tender documents, specifications, drawings, and scope of work.
Prepare detailed cost estimates for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing works.
Perform quantity take-offs and pricing analysis.
Obtain quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
Analyze vendor offers and prepare comparison sheets.
Prepare technical and commercial proposals for submission.
Coordinate with design, procurement, and project teams during tender stages.
Identify risks, value engineering opportunities, and cost-saving measures.
Maintain estimation databases and historical cost records.
Participate in tender clarification meetings and client discussions
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
Minimum 5–8 years of experience in MEP estimation and tendering.
Experience in industrial, modular construction, manufacturing, or large-scale building projects preferred.
Strong understanding of MEP materials, systems, and market pricing.
Proficiency in estimation software, AutoCAD, and MS Excel.
