We are hiring an experienced MEP Estimator in Dubai with proven expertise in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing estimation specifically for interior fitout projects. This full-time role is ideal for candidates with a strong technical background in estimation and an eye for detail. Immediate joiners are preferred.

Core Duties

* Prepare accurate MEP estimates based on fitout drawings, BOQs, and specifications
* Use estimation tools like CostX and Planswift for quantity takeoffs and cost analysis
* Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors for price quotations
* Review technical documentation and ensure compliance with project requirements
* Work closely with project and sales teams to meet bid submission timelines
* Participate in value engineering to optimize project budgets without compromising quality

Candidate Requirements

* Minimum 3 years of UAE experience in MEP estimation for fitout projects
* In-depth knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
* Proficiency in estimation software (CostX, Planswift) and MS Excel
* Excellent analytical and communication skills
* Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications accurately
