Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Prepare accurate MEP cost estimates based on drawings, BOQs, and specifications

  2. Review tender documents and prepare quantity take-offs

  3. Develop and modify MEP shop drawings (HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical)

  4. Coordinate with project team, suppliers, and subcontractors

  5. Assist in tender submissions and pricing strategies

  6. Ensure compliance with UAE standards and project requirements

Desired Candidate Profile

  1. Minimum 2 years UAE experience in MEP estimation & drafting

  2. Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory) and Planswift

  3. Knowledge of HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical systems

  4. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings

  5. Experience in BOQ preparation and cost analysis

  6. Good communication and coordination skills

  7. Immediate joiners preferred

  8. Knowledge of UAE market and pricing
