Roles & Responsibilities

Role & responsibilities

  • Ensure preventive maintenance is carried out as per annual maintenance contract.
  • Ensure all one-time works are carried out in highest standards.
  • Coordinating with other departments to get spare parts in time.
  • Preparation of reports required by the management system in timely manner.
  • Helping Maintenance technician for solving complicated problems.
  • Allocate jobs to his team and ensure the team is attending to the cases basis priority of calls and the system got updated.

  • Planning and Executing other one time works.
  • Man power allocation and planning for each job.
  • Coordinate with other departments to execute tasks

Desired Candidate Profile

Preferred candidate profile

  • More than 5 years of experience in HVAC Background.
  • Carrying valid UAE Driver's License.
  • Diploma holder is preferred.
  • Must submit previous work referral.
  • Sincere, well-groomed and punctual and willing to work in fast paced environment.
  • Good proficiency in English, Hindi and Malayalam.
