Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Coordinate and supervise MEP installation activities, ensuring compliance with project specifications and timelines.
- Conduct daily inspections of work sites to enforce safety protocols and maintain high standards of workmanship.
- Collaborate closely with project managers, architects, and other trades to resolve issues and streamline communication.
- Lead and mentor a team of technicians and apprentices, fostering skill development and enhancing team performance.
Desired Candidate Profile
- A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications in MEP systems are highly preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in mechanical, electrical, or plumbing installation in a construction environment.
- Proven ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings specific to MEP disciplines.
- Strong knowledge of local building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards related to MEP systems.
