Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Oversee and HVAC system activities, Workshop HVAC Duct Fabrication, plasma Cutting , press break, joint, etc
Manage and supervise a team of MEP tradesmen (Helpers, Duct men, Electricians, AC technicians Plumbers) and technicians, providing clear direction, training, and performance evaluations to maximize efficiency and productivity.
Conduct regular inspections of MEP installations, identifying and resolving any issues related to quality, code compliance, and safety, and proactively mitigate potential problems.
Expertise in Duct fabrication, dampers manufacturing , able to demonstrate technical leader ship.
Have expertise in Duct fabrication equipment's such as plasma machine, Shearing machine, genral knowledge about welding, bending and Joints Machines ...ect.
Have knowledge about electrical power works
Desired Candidate Profile
Possesses a relevant degree or diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing Engineering or a related field, or has equivalent experience.
Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings, with experience in using relevant software.
