Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning and execution of MEP projects, ensuring all systems are integrated seamlessly within the overall design framework.
  • Conduct detailed reviews of MEP designs and specifications, ensuring compliance with industry standards and project requirements.
  • Oversee the procurement process for MEP materials and services, negotiating contracts to secure favorable terms and timelines.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to resolve any design discrepancies and maintain project schedules.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum of 7 years of MEP management experience, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
  • Professional certifications such as PMP, LEED, or equivalent are highly desirable.
  • Experience in large-scale construction projects, preferably in commercial or industrial sectors.
