Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Conduct HVAC performance testing (AHU, FAHU, FCU, Chillers, Pumps).
Perform airflow measurements, water flow verification, and system balancing checks.
Carry out thermal performance verification and equipment operational assessment.
Perform electrical load verification and panel inspections.
Review MEP shop drawings and as-built drawings against site conditions.
Conduct Fire Fighting & Fire Alarm visual and functional inspections.
Identify deficiencies and prepare structured snagging reports.
Prepare professional technical reports including:
Performance data
Gap analysis (Actual vs Design)
Compliance review
Coordinate with contractors and consultants during inspections.
Attend client meetings when required.
Desired Candidate Profile
Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, providing a strong technical foundation.
Holds relevant certifications such as Certified Commissioning Professional (CCP) or Certified Commissioning Authority (CxA), InterNACHI Certification, demonstrating expertise.
Demonstrates a minimum of 2 years of experience in MEP commissioning and performance testing, showcasing proven industry proficiency.
Exhibits a deep understanding of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems, highlighting comprehensive technical knowledge.
