What You ll Do

* Create project plan schedules in line with baseline requirements
* Develop and secure approval for MEP/Main Contract Baseline Programme
* Prepare engineering registers and monitor submissions against baseline timelines
* Track procurement progress, highlight variances, and liaise with suppliers
* Ensure subcontractors and vendors comply with delivery and programme schedules
* Monitor work progress, update baseline schedules, and prepare reports for project management
* Organize weekly meetings with project teams and subcontractors and attend client meetings
* Forecast manpower requirements and track labor productivity
* Identify commissioning sequence and develop testing and commissioning schedules
* Prepare delay notifications, impact programmes, and EOT submissions when required

Ideal Profile

* BE/BTech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
* 8 10 years of experience in planning MEP projects
* Strong command of Primavera (P6) and MS Project
* Familiarity with FIDIC contracts and preferably SAP systems
* Excellent communication, reporting, and letter-writing skills
* Ethical, organized, and committed to continual improvement
