Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the full project lifecycle of MEP and utilities infrastructure works, from mobilization to handover.
  • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource plans in coordination with planning and cost control teams.
  • Ensure timely completion of project milestones in accordance with contractual obligations.
  • Oversee the execution of HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, electrical, and low current systems.
  • Coordinate with design and technical teams to resolve design discrepancies or changes.
  • Review and approve method statements, ITPs, and technical submittals.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, PMCs, and subcontractors regarding MEP project matters.
  • Attend regular site meetings, progress reviews, and coordination workshops.
  • Address and resolve site issues or technical conflicts in collaboration with technical and site teams.
  • Supervise and direct site engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors to ensure high-performance execution.
  • Monitor labor productivity and material consumption to align with project targets.
  • Support in the selection and management of subcontractors and suppliers.
  • Ensure compliance with Saudi codes, Aramco/SABIC/NEOM standards (if applicable), and international best practices.
  • Implement and enforce quality control and health & safety procedures across all project activities.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure adherence to QA/QC and HSE policies.
  • Prepare and submit project progress reports, cost updates, and risk assessments to management and clients.
  • Ensure accurate documentation of variations, delays, and claims in coordination with the commercial team.
  • Coordinate and manage all actions required for acquiring new projects, including RFQ responses and bid documentation.
  • Take initiative and responsibility for any company-related or project-related tasks as needed to support business objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
  • Minimum 10 15 years in MEP construction, with at least 5 years as a Project Manager.
  • Strong understanding of HVAC, firefighting, plumbing, electrical, ELV, and utilities infrastructure systems.
  • Proven ability to manage complex MEP projects independently from start to finish.
  • Familiar with Saudi building codes, Aramco/SABIC standards, and international MEP standards.
  • MS Project, AutoCAD, Revit (preferred), ERP systems, and MS Office.
  • Proficient in English; Arabic is an advantage.
  • PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
