Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Full responsibility for MEP project delivery from procurement to handover

Lead HVAC (chilled water systems), plumbing, and firefighting works

Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams

Oversee procurement strategy and material approvals, and cost control

Coordinate with consultants and ensure design compliance

Lead testing, commissioning, and final handover

Ensure integration between MEP and architectural finishing

Drive project timelines, budget control, and quality standards

Resolve technical and site challenges proactively

Desired Candidate Profile

Mechanical Engineer with 12 18 years of experience

Proven experience managing complex MEP projects end-to-end

Strong hands-on experience in:

  • Chilled water systems
  • HVAC systems
  • Firefighting systems
  • Plumbing systems

Solid experience in procurement, supplier coordination, and cost awareness

Strong site presence and leadership skills (not office-based profile)

Experience in high-spec, high-occupancy, or 24/7 operational buildings

Candidates must demonstrate hands-on experience managing MEP works from procurement through execution and commissioning, not limited to design or supervision roles.
