Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Generate new business opportunities and manage sales for MEP projects, focusing on Air Conditioning systems and related services.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, consultants, and project teams.
Prepare detailed quotations, proposals, and technical submissions for MEP projects.
Coordinate with internal teams including project management, engineering, and procurement to ensure seamless project execution.
Monitor sales pipelines and actively follow up on leads to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients while ensuring profitability and compliance with company policies.
Provide technical and commercial support to clients during project planning and execution stages.
Maintain up-to-date market knowledge, industry trends, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
Desired Candidate Profile
Proven experience in project sales for MEP systems, particularly Air Conditioning systems.
Strong knowledge of MEP systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical integration.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to manage client relationships effectively and maintain long-term partnerships.
Project management experience, including coordinating with multiple teams and stakeholders.
Results-driven with a proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or relevant engineering field preferred.
Experience in large-scale commercial or industrial projects in the UAE.
Familiarity with UAE codes and standards for MEP installations.
Knowledge of project cost estimation and tendering processes.
