MEP Qa Qc Engineer- Immediate Joining

· Ensure that all the MEP work is implemented as per the approved shop drawings, project specifications, and local and applicable regulations.

· Issuance of MEP clearance.

· Review MEP subcontractors progress, work quality, and payments.

· Review MEP Suppliers material submittals and prequalification.

· Review MEP shop drawings revisions, approval, and guide drafting team.

· Prepare material delivery schedule and estimate the required manpower for full project span.

· Interact with all project team, Civil QA/QC, Project Planer, and procurement.

· Initiate IRs, close NCRs, and reply to all letters and emails from consultant related to MEP.

· Prepare and follow up site progress report and work schedule.

· Monitor the deviation between the approved project schedules and site condition.

· Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports.

· Initiate work performance methods and quality check lists.

· Specify material specifications and quality test methods.

· Clear NCRs and comply with site and verbal instructions.

· Perform all testing and commissioning of MEP.

· Propose alternative options with consideration to cost, time, and quality.

· Identify MEP work sequence.

· Prepare Operation and Manuals and project closeout documents.

· Obtaining all certificates required for the project handover such as test certificate, country of origin, third party certificate and such on.

· Work on authorities’ approvals.

· Submit MEP Method statements.

· confidentiality of company information.

· Perform another related task.
