Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Prepare accurate and competitive MEP cost estimates including materials, labor, and equipment.

  • Review and analyze drawings, specifications, BOQs, and Revit models to ensure cost accuracy.

  • Perform detailed quantity take-offs from drawings and Revit models for all MEP systems.

  • Monitor and control project costs vs. budget, with regular forecasting of potential overruns.

  • Manage, prepare, and negotiate variations and change orders effectively.

  • Conduct value engineering initiatives to optimize project costs without compromising quality.

  • Prepare cost reports and coordinate with internal teams to ensure efficient cost control and project delivery.


Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Mechanical, electrical or Plumbing Engineering, or a related field.

  • Holds relevant certifications such as MRICS or equivalent, demonstrating professional competency and ethical standards.

  • Demonstrates 5+ years of experience in MEP quantity surveying, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.

  • Exhibits strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards, ensuring compliance in all projects.
