Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in quantity measurement and BOQ preparation for MEP and ELV systems.
  • Support estimation, rate analysis, and cost preparation for mechanical and electrical works.
  • Prepare and update interim payment applications and related documentation.
  • Assist senior QS in variation and claim preparation.
  • Support upstream and downstream payments measurement and verification.
  • Coordinate with site engineers and procurement teams for quantity validation and billing.
  • Maintain records of material take-offs, subcontractor billing, and cost tracking.
  • Ensure accurate documentation and timely reporting to seniors.


Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Civil) with minimum 3 years of experience as MEP Quantity Surveyor.
  • Experience in building, industrial, or infrastructure MEP projects.
  • Good knowledge of BOQ preparation, estimation, and billing.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and take-off tools (Bluebeam / Planswift).
  • Capable of assisting senior QS staff in commercial and project documentation.
  • Strong attention to detail, documentation, and coordination skills.
