Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Coordinate manpower requirements with Project Managers.
Allocate technicians and engineers based on skills and availability.
Maintain manpower deployment schedules.
Monitor technician utilization across projects.
Coordinate mobilization, demobilization, permits, gate passes, and site access.
Track attendance, leave, overtime, and timesheets.
Support recruitment and onboarding activities.
Maintain employee skill matrix and certifications.
Coordinate accommodation, transportation, and other workforce logistics.
Generate weekly manpower planning and utilization reports.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Automation related field
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in HVAC or/and Automation
Strong knowledge of MEP works
Ability to manage manpower
UAE experience is must
Valid UAE Driving License is required
