Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
The MEP Sales Engineer is responsible for driving sales and business development in electromechanical contracting and HVAC supply. The role focuses on promoting VRF air conditioning systems, copper pipes, and related products, while building strong client relationships and supporting technical project requirements.
- Sales & Business Development
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in HVAC and electromechanical projects.
- Promote VRF air conditioning systems, copper pipes, and other HVAC solutions to contractors, consultants, and clients.
- Prepare and deliver technical and commercial proposals.
- Client & Market Engagement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and suppliers.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and technical discussions.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Technical Support
- Provide technical guidance on HVAC systems, especially VRF solutions.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure project specifications are met.
- Assist in project design, selection, and system sizing when required.
- Contracting & Coordination
- Support tendering processes, quotations, and negotiations.
- Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams for timely supply of materials.
- Ensure compliance with company standards and project requirements.
- Bachelor s degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
- Proven experience in HVAC sales, especially VRF systems. At least 2 years
- Strong knowledge of electromechanical works and materials.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to meet sales targets and work independently.
- Well spoken English is a must
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
Proven experience in HVAC sales, especially VRF systems. At least 2 years
Strong knowledge of electromechanical works and materials.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to meet sales targets and work independently.
Well spoken English is a must
