MEP Senior Project Engineering Manager

Duties & Repsonsibilites:

• MEP Project engineer/manager managing all MEP projects, end-to-end, utilizing the traditional project management techniques of incepting, planning, executing, and operating until closure.
• Ideal candidate has strong communication and reporting skills, capable developing detailed engineering requirements through a scope of work, validate drawings and technical specifications, and able to openly present analyses and documents to senior management, and justify budget requests while defending the project requirements.
• Candidate must be able to apply stakeholder management techniques to ensure project expectations are maintained with his reporting manager, senior management, stakeholders, clients, and end users, while managing multiple vendors and projects at the same time.
• The candidate must be able to support the department Head in developing well structured engineering requirements that would help in strategizing annual requirements for current and coming years, including financial, scope, and timeline projects to present with clarity and quality.
• Areas that the ideal candidate must be familiar with include, but are not limited to, HVAC system (Chiller and conventional), fire systems (fighting, detection), Pumps, STP, amongst others.
• Ideal candidate must be able to work on multi-disciplinary engineering fields, including civil and electrical requirements, to enhance their understanding and support the other engineers in their projects and requirements.

Qualification & Expereince:

• Bachelor s in Mechanical Engineering
• CAPM or PMP is preferable
• Master s in project management or equivalent is preferable
