Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Manage all commercial and contractual aspects of MEP projects
Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and tender submissions
Administer subcontractor packages, including procurement, payments, and variations
Monitor project costs, cash flow, and financial performance
Evaluate variations, claims, and final accounts
Ensure compliance with contract conditions and company procedures
Liaise with project teams, clients, and consultants
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 8 years’ experience with a recognised MEP contractor
Strong knowledge of MEP systems and commercial management
Experience working on projects in the UAE
Solid understanding of contracts (FIDIC preferred)
Degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or related field
