Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee the installation and commissioning of MEP systems, ensuring compliance with design specifications and local regulations.
- Conduct site surveys and audits to assess project progress and resolve any discrepancies between planned and actual work.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of MEP systems within the overall project.
- Prepare and maintain accurate documentation, including drawings, change orders, and installation schedules.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience in MEP project execution in commercial or industrial settings.
- Certifications such as LEED, PMP, or equivalent are preferred to demonstrate professional competence.
- Experience in large-scale construction projects, with a focus on MEP systems integration and management.
