Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee the installation of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, ensuring compliance with project specifications and standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections to verify that work is progressing according to the project schedule and quality requirements.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and resolution of any on-site issues.
- Prepare and maintain accurate documentation, including daily reports, site photographs, and material delivery records.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Engineering.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in MEP projects, preferably in large-scale commercial or industrial settings.
- Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) or MEP-related fields is highly desirable.
- Proficient in using AutoCAD and other MEP design software for project planning and execution.
- Strong understanding of local building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
