Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Oversee and manage all on-site MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) activities to ensure project delivery aligns with quality, safety, and timeline standards.

  • Coordinate and supervise the work of subcontractors, technicians, and site staff to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to project specifications.
  • Review and interpret MEP drawings, plans, and specifications, ensuring accurate implementation on site.
  • Monitor project progress, prepare regular site reports, and communicate updates to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Identify and resolve technical issues, site conflicts, or discrepancies in a timely and effective manner.
  • Manage site resources, including materials, equipment, and labor, to optimize productivity and control costs.
  • Conduct site inspections and quality control checks to maintain high standards of workmanship.
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, and vendors to facilitate smooth project execution and address any concerns.
  • Support the commissioning, testing, and handover processes for all MEP systems upon project completion.

Bachelor s degree in mechanical, Electrical

Desired Candidate Profile

Experience in Facility Management is a must

  • 3 to 5 years of proven experience in MEP site management or a similar role within facility management or construction.
  • Strong understanding of MEP systems, installation, and commissioning processes.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent leadership, team coordination, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications.
  • Solid knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations relevant to site operations.
  • Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Willingness to work on-site and adapt to changing project requirements.
