� MEP Supervisors (Additional Requirements) • Strong experience in multi-discipline system troubleshooting • Ability to guide teams in complex fault rectification across HVAC, Electrical & Plumbing systems • Experience in method statements, risk assessments, and technical reporting • Capable of planning and executing major rectification works and shutdown activities • Good control over spares, materials, and maintenance planning

⚡ Electrical Systems • MDB, SMDB, MCC panels – troubleshooting & maintenance • ACB, MCCB, ELCB, VFD panels – servicing, calibration, fault rectification • ATS systems, generator interfaces (basic understanding) • Busbar systems, capacitor banks (PFC panels) • Cable fault identification, termination, and load balancing • Experience in UPS systems & emergency lighting systems • Knowledge of protection relays and trip analysis

� Plumbing & Water Systems • Booster pump sets, transfer pumps, submersible pumps • Sewage & storm water systems, lifting stations • GRP / HDPE / PPR piping systems • Water heaters, calorifiers, heat exchangers • Valve maintenance (gate, butterfly, NRV, PRV) • Leak detection, pressure management, and system balancing • Irrigation systems and control networks (added advantage)

� General MEP Skills • Preventive & corrective maintenance of integrated systems • Emergency breakdown handling with root cause analysis • Ability to read and interpret as-built drawings, schematics & SLDs • Familiarity with CAFM systems, BMS monitoring, and reporting
