Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee the installation and maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Collaborate closely with project managers and engineers to develop project timelines and coordinate MEP activities effectively.
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify and resolve any potential issues with MEP systems, ensuring timely and efficient project completion.
- Prepare and review technical documentation, including drawings and specifications, to ensure accuracy and adherence to project requirements.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing Engineering or a related field, ensuring a solid technical foundation.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in MEP supervision or project management, demonstrating a proven track record in the field.
- Professional certifications such as LEED, PMP, or equivalent are preferred, showcasing commitment to industry standards.
- Experience in large-scale construction projects within the commercial or industrial sectors, highlighting relevant expertise.
