Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Supervise day-to-day MEP maintenance activities including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and civil coordination.

  • Monitor and guide technicians to ensure work is completed safely and efficiently.

  • Attend breakdown complaints and ensure timely resolution.

  • Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance activities.

  • Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and internal departments.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and FM standards.

  • Prepare daily reports, maintenance records, and material requests.

  • Monitor manpower attendance, productivity, and site discipline.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Diploma or Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or related field.

  • Minimum 3–5 years of UAE experience in Facilities Management.

  • Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building maintenance systems.

  • Ability to handle site operations and team supervision independently.

  • Good communication and reporting skills.

  • UAE driving license is a must.
