Job Purpose

MEP Maintenance Supervisor with Minimum 5 to 8 years of experience in the related field either in construction or maintenance

Responsibilities

• Understand and implement the company safety policies and procedures as described in the Dulsco integrated management system.

• Will be accountable and responsible for duties as described in the HSE roles and responsibilities document of IMS.
  Working with Compliance Manager to develop and update EPS Polices and Procedures.

• Identification and assessment of risk for the department on routine and project operations.

• EPS Audit preparation, Replying on audit remarks and incorporating audit comment on policies and procedures.

• EPS Risk Champion, review, update, edit risk register on routine for relevance

• Allocate and schedule manpower for job execution, brief job task, tools box talk and share risk assessment.

• Develop team for best industrial practices, professional and equipment knowledge, promote health and safety culture.

• Design, advice and assist team with job plan in case of unprecedented situation and emergencies.

• Evaluate requirement for spares, Quality, grade and cost assessment of material, Submit material requisition for procurement.

• Manage MEP related maintenance, repair and routine operations

• Check and approve mechanical and air conditioning design prior to installations for Sub contractor and Projects.

• Prepare PPM program for mechanical and air conditioning equipment.

• Preparing estimation and scope of work for new MEP installation.
