The MEP Supervisor role involves overseeing the installation, maintenance, and repair of essential building systems. Our client seeks leaders who can coordinate diverse technical teams while ensuring all projects meet strict government quality standards. Consequently, the chosen candidates will be responsible for troubleshooting system failures, conducting regular inspections, and maintaining detailed reports on operational status. Furthermore, you will serve as the primary link between site workers and project management, ensuring that all tasks adhere to safety protocols and timelines.

This position offers a competitive financial package tailored for experienced expatriates. The total monthly salary reaches approximately LKR 238,000, which translates to a total of QAR 2,800. To provide clarity on the earnings, the structure includes a basic salary of QAR 2,200, a food allowance (FA) of QAR 300, and a general allowance of QAR 300. Additionally, the employer integrates food provisions directly into the salary structure to simplify daily living costs for the employees.
