Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise on-site installation, testing, and commissioning of MEP systems (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing).

  • Ensure compliance with project specifications, Saudi Building Codes (SBC), and international standards.

  • Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks.

  • Lead and manage MEP technicians, subcontractors, and vendors.

  • Coordinate effectively with engineers, architects, and project managers to ensure seamless execution.

  • Identify and resolve on-site technical issues promptly.

  • Enforce strict safety protocols as per OSHA/Saudi OHS standards.

  • Conduct risk assessments and safety audits to ensure a hazard-free work environment.

  • Ensure proper BIM coordination for clash-free installations.

  • Maintain documentation including daily progress reports, inspection logs, and snag lists.

Desired Candidate Profile

Diploma or Bachelor s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or MEP Engineering.

  • 4 7 years of experience in MEP site supervision, testing, and commissioning.
  • Strong understanding of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
  • Knowledge of Saudi Building Codes (SBC), NFPA, and international standards.
  • Familiarity with BIM coordination and MEP software tools.
  • Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
  • Excellent understanding of QA/QC, safety, and inspection procedures.
