Desired Candidate Profile

  • Diploma / ITI / Technical Certificate in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing Engineering.
  • Additional certifications such as HVAC, Electrical Safety, BMS, or Plumbing Trade Certification are an advantage
  • 2–5+ years of experience in MEP maintenance within facilities such as commercial buildings, malls, hospitals, hotels, residential towers, or industrial sites.
  • Strong hands-on knowledge of:
    HVAC systems (AHU, FCU, VRF/VRV, chillers)
    Electrical systems (panels, lighting, power distribution, UPS)
    Plumbing systems (pumps, valves, drainage, water supply)
  • Ability to read and understand mechanical/electrical drawings and schematics.
  • Experience performing PPM and corrective maintenance tasks.
  • Familiarity with building management systems (BMS) and basic troubleshooting.
  • Good understanding of safety practices, PPE, LOTO, and HSE compliance.
