Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough inspections of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems to ensure optimal performance and compliance with industry standards.
  • Perform routine maintenance and repair tasks on HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems, minimizing downtime and extending equipment lifespan.
  • Assist in the installation of new MEP systems and components, ensuring adherence to design specifications and safety regulations.
  • Troubleshoot complex MEP issues using advanced diagnostic tools and techniques, providing effective solutions in a timely manner.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • A diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing Engineering from a recognized institution is essential.
  • Certification in HVAC, electrical systems, or plumbing from a reputable organization demonstrates specialized knowledge.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in MEP systems is crucial for effective troubleshooting and maintenance.
  • Experience in commercial or industrial MEP projects is preferred for understanding diverse system requirements.
