Roles & Responsibilities

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Carry out electrical and plumbing maintenance works in building facilities.
  • Install, repair, and maintain electrical wiring, fixtures, and equipment.
  • Perform plumbing work including pipe fitting, leak repairs, and maintenance.
  • Inspect MEP systems and ensure proper functioning.
  • Follow safety procedures and report maintenance issues.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years experience in building electrical and plumbing works in India.
  • Basic knowledge of MEP maintenance.
  • Good English communication.
