Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Gaelan Hospital is looking for a skilled MEP Technician to manage HVAC, Electrical, and Plumbing systems and ensure smooth, uninterrupted hospital operations. The role is critical in maintaining a safe and compliant healthcare environment.
Perform preventive & corrective maintenance of MEP systems
Handle electrical maintenance: wiring, lighting, circuit breakers, power faults
Maintain and repair HVAC systems: Split AC, AHU, FCU, compressors, air curtains
Troubleshoot AC issues: gas leakage, cooling failure, compressor faults
Maintain plumbing and drainage systems
Inspect and maintain fire alarm & safety systems
Maintain equipment: Generator, UPS, refrigerators, deep freezers
Perform general facility maintenance (locks, fixtures, minor repairs)
Ensure compliance with health & safety standards (hospital environment)
Report issues to the Facility Manager and minimize downtime
Desired Candidate Profile
Proven experience as MEP Technician / HVAC Technician / Maintenance Technician
Strong knowledge of Electrical, HVAC, and Plumbing systems
Experience in hospia tal or healthcare facility preferred
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
