Key Responsibilities:

Conduct regular audits in supermarkets to ensure products are displayed according to company guidelines (planograms, shelf space, positioning, and promotional materials).

Check product availability, stock levels, and shelf replenishment.

Monitor competitor product placement, pricing, and promotional activities.

Ensure compliance with brand standards, pricing policies, and promotional activities.

Identify gaps in merchandising, out-of-stock situations, or incorrect displays and report them promptly.

Provide detailed reports, including photographic evidence, of audit findings to management.

Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to implement corrective actions where necessary.

Track and analyze audit results to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

Support store staff with merchandising best practices, when needed.

Maintain a schedule of store visits to ensure all key accounts are regularly audited.
