Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Handle customer orders and follow up on production timelines

  • Coordinate with planning, sourcing, production, and quality teams.
  • Monitor order status to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Prepare and maintain order sheets, costing details, and production updates.
  • Communicate with buyers regarding approvals, samples, and shipment schedules.
  • Support problem-solving related to production or material delays.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Business, Textile, or related field.

  • +3 years of experience in garment merchandising.
  • Strong understanding of garment production processes and order management.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Very good English proficiency and strong Excel skills.
