Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Set up the products according to the merchandising plans and brand guidelines.
- Organize the shelves to maximize product attractiveness and turnover.
- Monitor stock levels and report any shortages or restocking needs.
- Check the accuracy of labels, prices and promotions.
- Analyze sales and propose actions to improve sales performance.
- Knowledge of merchandising techniques and the distribution market.
- Ability to analyze in-store sales and performance.
- Sense of organization and rigor in the implementation of products.
- Good interpersonal skills to interact with sales teams and points of sale.
