Key Responsibilities

In-Store Execution & Reporting

• Conduct daily store visits and ensure proper product placement and display standards

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly field activity and sales reports

• Monitor sales performance by territory, customer, and product

• Maintain dashboards and tracking sheets for management review

• Monitor targets versus actual performance and report variances promptly

  
  

Field & Sales Team Support

• Support the Sales Manager in daily field operations and coordination

• Assist sales executives with order processing and follow-ups

• Ensure timely communication between the field team and back office

• Coordinate field visit schedules and route plans for maximum coverage efficiency

  
  

Order & Stock Coordination

• Track customer orders from placement through to final delivery

• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely dispatch and replenishment

• Monitor shelf stock availability and proactively highlight shortages or out-of-stock situations

  
  

Key Account Support

• Assist in servicing key retail accounts such as Carrefour and Lulu Hypermarket

• Support in executing promotions, product listings, and planogram compliance

• Follow up on payments, claims, and trade agreement requirements

  
  

Administration & Documentation

• Maintain an updated customer database and pricing records

• Handle internal documentation including contracts, listings, and visit reports

• Support in preparing presentations and activity summaries for management meetings
