Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Analyze sales data and market trends to optimize product placement and inventory levels, ensuring maximum profitability.
- Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to negotiate pricing and secure favorable terms that enhance product offerings.
- Design and implement visually appealing merchandising displays that align with brand standards and attract customer attention.
- Conduct regular store visits to assess compliance with merchandising standards and provide actionable feedback for improvement.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred for foundational knowledge.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in merchandising or retail management to demonstrate expertise in the field.
- Proven track record of successful merchandising strategies that have driven sales growth and customer engagement.
