Roles & Responsibilities

Join a leading company specializing in the trading and manufacturing of hardware, building materials, construction items, and machine tools. We are dedicated to providing high-quality products and services to our clients in the construction and industrial sectors.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement merchandising strategies to maximize sales and profitability for hardware, building materials, and construction items.

  • Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure the timely delivery of products and maintain optimal inventory levels.

  • Analyze sales data and market trends to make informed decisions on product assortment, pricing, and promotions.

  • Design and execute visually appealing product displays that enhance customer engagement and drive sales.

  • Conduct regular store visits to ensure merchandising standards are maintained and provide feedback to store teams.

  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to coordinate promotional activities and product launches.

  • Monitor competitor activities and adjust merchandising strategies accordingly to maintain a competitive edge.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

  • Proven experience in merchandising, preferably in the construction or industrial sectors.

  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and merchandising software.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

  • Willingness to travel for store visits and industry events.
