Roles & Responsibilities

The Merchandiser will act as the key link between the production, design, and quality control teams, ensuring seamless coordination throughout all stages of garment production.

The role involves conducting risk assessments, monitoring product quality, and maintaining alignment with technical and delivery requirements.


  • Key Responsibilities:


Conduct risk analysis on pre-production samples to identify critical operations and expected daily output.


Oversee quality control at all production stages, starting from cutting.


Detect production issues early, communicate them promptly, and coordinate corrective actions.


Collaborate closely with production and quality teams to maintain product standards.


Follow up on technical approvals, production schedules, and workflow to ensure smooth execution.


Coordinate between design, production, and quality departments to maintain product consistency and accuracy.


Monitor supplier and factory progress to ensure delivery targets are met.



  • Qualifications & Requirements:


Previous experience as a Merchandiser specializing in Denim Pants and Knitwear is mandatory.


In-depth understanding of garment production processes and quality control standards.


Strong coordination and communication skills across cross-functional teams.


Ability to manage multiple production lines and work under pressure.


Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.


Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with ERP or production tracking systems is a plus.
